ANNUAL VOLUNTEER WEEKEND

Coming back in 2021!

Join us for the Castle’s  Annual Volunteer Weekend! We are so excited to bring it back after the pandemic last year. Camp out or come each day. We’ll feed you and have evening campfires. If you play an instrument, bring it along!

BECOME A VOLUNTEER

Volunteers will have opportunities to work on the Castle, studio facilities, sculpture trails, and more! And we’ll feed you! Bring your tent if you are staying for the weekend.

There are tasks for all; below is a list of chores and skills that can help.

  • Mix stucco
  • Stage stucco
  • Apply stucco
  • Clear and build tent sites
  • Clear and build trails
  • Clear brush from recent logging (for the new studio)
  • Help with cooking
  • When the excavation is complete for the new studio:
    • Place and level Sonotubes
    • Mix and pour concrete
    • Begin framing joist system
